Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancellation

Once the order is placed successfully, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable. You can submit a cancellation request before the order is shipped. We will try our best to hold your order.

Once the order is shipped, your order cannot be canceled. A refund cannot be made until you have returned the products to us.

Returns

We provide a 7-day returns policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered to you, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it. You’re also responsible for any shipping costs.

To complete your return, please attach your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

(a) Health & Beauty and Personal Care products that have been opened or used (for example, you have purchased 20 pouches and used 6 pouches. Only the 14 unused pouches are eligible for return, exchange, or refund);

(b) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

(c) Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

If the return is for a refund and not due to our error (such as us sending the wrong product or the product arriving damaged), a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

If the received goods are damaged, you must send photos and videos of the damaged products and packaging to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Returns Instruction

To return your product, you should mail your product to one of the following addresses.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping from the return points to our warehouse will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You must use a trackable shipping service; otherwise, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. Refunds normally take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.

If the return is for a refund and not due to our error (such as us sending the wrong product or the product arriving damaged), a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ukteethwhiteningstrips.com and send your item to one of the following addresses.

No Refund is Available in the Following Circumstances

A. When courier tracking shows an order was delivered;
B. If the goods are lost or damaged due to customer responsibility, such as providing incorrect order information;
C. If the reason your item is lost or damaged in transit is something beyond our control;
D. Items that have already been returned/exchanged once;
E. Any products that have not been applied for and confirmed, or do not meet the conditions for refund, will not be processed.

Additional Information
